How long does it take to find my new team member?
Typically team members are to the final interview stage in 30 days or less. This is a CUSTOM hire, so market availability will affect timelines.
Do I need to have SOPs in place prior to hiring?
No SOPs are required. We’ve built a super simple system for creating your SOPs within the program.
Do you include a system for troubleshooting team problems?
Yes! We have a template that covers this.
How quickly can I expect my new team member to be up to speed?
